Ruffin, NC event June 14 moved to June 28.

Boxing programs in colleges and trying to bring the NCBA (National Collegiate Boxing Association) tournament to North Carolina.

Boxers victorious in Wilmington

WILMINGTON — Two members of the Dungeon Boxing Club pulled out wins during the North Carolina Invitational Saturday [June 1st] in Wilmington.

McKayla Ard improved to 2-1 in her career with a victory over Kimberly Pittman from Wilson. Ard was awarded the win when the referee stopped the bout in the second round. Brittany Winburn defeated Raleigh’s Holly Wantuch by unanimous decision.
